Chris is university liaison and outreach manager at UKAEA. Chris joined the communications team in 2001 after just over a decade working as an experimental physicist on various fusion devices. He was responsibile for education and public outreach and led the group from April 2010 before moving into his present role in 2021. Over the last 25 years of fusion outreach, Chris has engaged with diverse audiences from primary school children to retired groups, and from physicists to the public, using a multitude of methods and activities.
