Heike is the chief operating officer of Marvel Fusion where she focuses her energy on building and scaling the company, professionalising processes and forming partnerships with industrial partners. Prior to joining Marvel Fusion, Heike was a partner at McKinsey & Company and core member of the operations leadership team, where she focused her work on projects in the automotive, machinery and high-tech industry.
