Leah is a diagnostic project engineer at UKAEA, the UK’s fusion research laboratory. Since joining the organisation in 2018, she has led the design and installation of complex diagnostic systems on some of the most advanced fusion experiments in the world. Outside of work, she is a science communicator and has championed fusion energy at comedy shows, festivals, and school events all over the country.
