Ranked the number one global sustainability thought leader and influencer, Mark Maslin is a leading scientist with a particular interest in understanding climate change and the major challenges facing humanity in the 21st century. When he isn't using comedy to spread the climate change message by appearing in sketches with Jo Brand, he is a Professor of Earth System Science at University College London and joint Pro-Vice-Provost of the UCL Climate Crisis Grand Challenge.
He has published over 200 papers in journals such as Science, Nature, and The Lancet. He's written 10 books and over 100 popular articles; his latest book is ‘How to save our planet: the facts.’
