At Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Ben leads commercial engagement with customers, translates their needs into requirements for fusion power plants, and supports technical aspects of siting future fusion power plants. He has extensive experience in power generation and electric utility operations. A US Navy submarine veteran, Ben has an undergraduate in nuclear engineering technology and a graduate degree in business administration. He has operated nuclear power plants, developed renewable energy projects, and led innovation and grid modernisation for Fortune 500 electric utility companies in the US.
